Weekly Wrap-Up for October 11-17, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...

Sunday - Rest Day

Monday - 9am Jazzercise - Never miss a Monday!

Tuesday - The Jazzercise class was canceled, so I read a book.

Wednesday - I walked around the Portland, OR zoo with the family, but no formal fitness.

Thursday - Travel Day

Friday - Some quality time with my boys, and race packet pick-up for the half marathon.

Saturday - The Kansas City Half Marathon
