My week of fitness looked like this...
Sunday - Fun day with the family.
Monday - 6am CrossFit
8:30am Jazzercise
5pm 2m walking on the treadmill during the boy's karate class
Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
Wednesday - 6am CrossFit
Thursday - No formal exercise, just family time.
Friday - 9am Jazzercise
530pm CrossFit
Saturday - 8am Jazzercise
