Sunday -

Monday - 8:30am Jazzercise

Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
                 9am Yoga
                 3pm Finger nail biting while watching the Royals beat the Blue Jays

Wednesday - 6am Boot Camp
                      8:30am Jazzercise

Thursday - 6am CrossFit
                  8:30am Jazzercise
                  4:30pm 3.5m walk

Friday - Rest Day

Saturday - 4m easy run with KC Express
