Weekly Wrap-Up for November 22-28, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...

Sunday - Route 66 half marathon in Tulsa, OK

Monday - Rest Day - I was tired and stiff!

Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
                 4:30pm 3.25 mile run at the gym

Wednesday - 6am Thanksgiving Boot Camp - 75 minutes!

Doing an 80 second plank while sporting the Steampunk kit from INKnBURN


Thursday - 9am Ward Parkway Turkey Trot with my son, his first 5k!

Friday - 7:45am 2 mile indoor gym track run
              8:30am 80 minute Black Friday Boot Camp

Saturday - It was too cold to go out and play. So we sat. We sat, we did. And then we got out Dance Party for the xBox and rocked that for a few hours! So no formal exercise, but lots of fun.
