My week of fitness looked like this... (I know, I'm a few weeks late in posting. Opps!)

Sunday - Pilgrim Pacer Half Marathon

Monday - 6am CrossFit

Tuesday - 6am CrossFit

Wednesday - 6am CrossFit
                      8:30am Jazzercise

Thursday - 9:30am Jazzercise
                  4:30pm 2 mile treadmill run, 2 mile treadmill walk

Friday - 4:30pm 2.5 mile treadmill walk

Saturday - Rest Day
