Weekly Wrap-Up for November 8 - 14, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...

Sunday - Gobbler Grind half marathon pacing the 2:40 group. My finish time was 2:41:38. It was                       beautiful weather for a race. How can this be November and my kids are still wearing                           shorts?

Monday - 6am CrossFit
                8:30am Jazzercise

Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
                 4:30pm 4m treadmill run

Wednesday - 8:30am Jazzercise
                      5pm 3m treadmill run

Thursday - 6am CrossFit
Oh yeah, kettlebells at 6am.

Friday - Rest Day!

Saturday - First half marathon of a double weekend with Longview Lake in Missouri pacing the 2:55                  group.
