Weekly Wrap-Up for October 25-31, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...

Sunday - Family Day. We carved pumpkins and ran errands, but no formal fitness.

Monday - 6am CrossFit
                8:30am Jazzercise
               5pm 2m walk at the gym

Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
             
World Series Game 1 is tonight!

Wednesday - 8:30am  Jazzercise after the 14 inning game that went past midnight

Thursday - 6am CrossFit
                  8:30am Jazzercise
                  4pm - 3.1m run to practice my race pace for this weekend.
Friday - 6am CrossFit - So glad I went and started my weekend off right!
             10am 1m walk + 1m run on the treadmill for a little more race pace practice. Pacers gotta do                           their homework, ya'll!







World Series Game 3 is tonight in NYC! 
Royals are up 2-0 in the series, and we're ready!


Saturday - 4.58m on the treadmill at the gym at 6:30am. It was dark, rainy, and cold. The outside wasn't screaming my name, but at least I got some miles in.
