                2.0 miles on the treadmill



Tuesday - 9:30am Jazzercise
                1.5 mile run and a 2.42 mile gym bike ride

Wednesday - 8:30am Jazzercise
                     1.35m gym run


Thursday - 6am CrossFit
                  9:30am Jazzercise
                  Walk 1.07
                   Run 1.49 at the gym

Friday - 6am CrossFit
             9:30am Jazzercise
             3.86 gym run on the treadmill

Saturday - 10.52 street run with KC Express
