12 Days of Fitness Challenge Part 2

For those following along, I've joined the #12daysoffitnesschallenge put on by @slowtrigirl over on Instagram. It has been a fun challenge, and I'm glad I started it. You can jump right in at any point, so don't feel like you can't participate even if you didn't start on Day 1. Here are my pictures from Days 5-8.


On the fifth day of fitness my trainer gave to me...
- 5 sumo squats
- 4 burpees
- 3 push ups
- 2 minute wall sit
- 1 minute plank

On the sixth day of fitness my trainer gave to me...
- 6 tricep dips
- 5 sumo squats
- 4 burpees
- 3 push ups
- 2 minute wall sit
- 1 minute plank



On the seventh day of fitness my trainer gave to me...
- 7 skater jumps
- 6 tricep dips
- 5 sumo squats
- 4 burpees
- 3 push ups
- 2 minute wall sit
- 1 minute plank

- 8 mountain climbers
- 7 skater jumps
- 6 tricep dips
- 5 sumo squats
- 4 burpees
- 3 push ups
- 2 minute wall sit
- 1 minute plank
