                 4:30pm - 2.5m gym walk

Wednesday - 6am Boot Camp
                      8:30am Jazzercise
                      3.3m treadmill run
                      1m treadmill walk

Thursday - 2m treadmill run

Friday - 6am CrossFit
              9:30am Jazzercise



Saturday - 4.02m at the gym
                 7am Boot Camp
