Shoe Review - Newton Running Women's Fate

I tried out a new pair of kicks this past weekend at two different races. I'm a Newton Running shoe fan to begin with, so this was the natural choice for me. I tried out the Women's Fate in a really pretty bubble gum pink with yellow laces.
 Love this pink!

These are the latest model from Newton, and I thought they felt wonderful. The shoes have five lugs now instead of four when they first made them, and only a 4.5mm drop.  (Lugs are those large nubs on the bottom of the shoe.)
The shoes with 19.3 miles on them - looking good!

I gave them a decent test drive on 9.11.2015 when I ran the Patriot's Day Run half marathon. They felt great for the entire race, and the hour or so that I walked around in them before I changed into flip-flops.

I also wore them on 9.13.2015 at The Plaza 10k race (where I PR'd by 51 seconds!!)

Overall, I gotta say I love these shoes. I'm not much of a technical shoe reviewer, but I don't think I could run in anything else. Newton's have never failed me, made my feet hurt, or given me trouble to speak of.
