My week of fitness looked like this...
Sunday - No formal fitness class or exercise, but I played in Lake Ozark with my family which included swimming and paddle boarding.
Monday - Rest day. Was going to get up and run a few miles early, but I slept in a warm cozy bed instead.
Tuesday - 9:30am Jazzercise
4:30pm 2m run, 1.6m walk
Wednesday - 6am CrossFit
8:30am Jazzercise
5pm 2.5m treadmill walk
Thursday - 4:30pm 2.3m treadmilll walk with 5 pound ankle weights on
Friday - The Patriots Day half marathon to honor and remember those events 14 years ago.
Saturday - Taking it easy today, and spending some time with the family.
