                 4:30pm CrossFit


Tuesday - 4:30pm CrossFit

Wednesday - 8:30am Jazzercise

Thursday - 6am CrossFit
                    4:30pm 2m run, 1m walk on treadmill

Friday - 6am CrossFit

Saturday - 6.35m run with KC Express
