Weekly Wrap-Up for August 30 - September 5, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...


Sunday - Not a lot of fitness, but some good times with the family outside. And I worked on my sidewalk chalk skills.

Monday - With the littlest boy at home not feeling great, an organized class wasn't in the cards. I did get about 10 minutes of an online kick-boxing video in before nap was over.








Tuesday - 6am CrossFit class
               5pm A 1.5m walk on the treadmill while reading a book. I know, doesn't do much, but I'm
               at the gym anyway while my oldest has his CrossFit class, so I might as well move. Right?



Wednesday - 6am Boot Camp. Partner Carry days are fun!

Like the Hana Singlet? Yeah - It's INKnBURN!
                  5pm A 2.21 walk on the treadmill while reading a book, again. What? I like the book.  


Thursday - 6am CrossFit class
                 8:30am Jazzercise

Friday - 8:30am Pilates class  where I 'Dazzle'd! in INKnBURN


Saturday - 8:30am Hot Yoga class
                 Playing on Lake Ozark with the paddle board and swimming.
