Weekly Wrap-Up for September 13-19, 2015

My week of fitness looked like this...

Sunday - The Plaza 10k where I PR'd with my time!

Monday - 8:30am Jazzercise
               5pm 2m treadmill walk with 5 pound ankle weights.


Tuesday - 6am CrossFit
               5pm 1 mile walk

Wednesday - 6am Boot Camp
                      5pm 1.8m walk

Thursday - 6am CrossFit
                  930am Jazzercise

Friday - Rest Day

Saturday - 5 easy miles with KC Express
